Easy 15-Minute Garlic Shrimp Pasta
This dish features tender shrimp sautéed with garlic and tossed with al dente pasta, creating a delightful combination of flavors. The recipe serves 2 and takes only 15 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
