Quick and Easy Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
This stir-fry features sliced chicken breast cooked with bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, all coated in a delicious honey garlic sauce. The dish takes about 30 minutes to prepare and serves 4 people.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
