Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
- Yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
- Mix the chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet, spreading it into a round shape.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with yogurt.
