Quick and Easy Vegetable Omelet Recipe
This omelet features a fluffy egg base filled with sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and spinach. The recipe takes about 15 minutes from start to finish and serves 2 people.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
