Refreshing Chilled Soba Noodles Recipe
This dish features chilled soba noodles served with a flavorful soy dipping sauce. The preparation time is about 15 minutes, and it serves 2 people.
Ingredients
- 200g soba noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Wasabi or pickled ginger for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the soba noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and chopped green onion. Mix well.
