Easy Turkey Sausage and Vegetable Skewers
These skewers feature juicy turkey sausage paired with bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion, all grilled to perfection. The recipe takes about 30 minutes from start to finish and serves 4 people.
Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
