Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, white beans, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
