Description

This salad features fresh baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and a tangy vinaigrette dressing. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and serves 4 people.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, pecan halves, or walnut pieces, toasted
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and dry the spinach, hull and slice the strawberries, and thinly slice the red onion.
