Delicious Spicy Miso Ramen Recipe
This ramen features a savory miso broth infused with chili paste, served over noodles and topped with your favorites. The dish takes about 30 minutes to prepare and serves 2 people.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach or bok choy
- Nori sheets for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth, miso paste, chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook the Noodles: In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add Vegetables: Add the sliced mushrooms, spinach, and bean sprouts to the broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Assemble the Ramen: Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the hot broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Add Toppings: Top each bowl with soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, and nori sheets if desired. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavor.
- Serve: Enjoy the ramen hot, and feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more chili paste if desired.
