Ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, flaked (or plain cooked salmon if you don’t like the smoked flavor)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream (optional for consistency)
