Delicious Loaded Nachos with Jalapeños

This nacho recipe features crispy tortilla chips layered with melted cheese and jalapeños, baked until bubbly and golden. The dish takes about 25 minutes to prepare and serves 4-6 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips (about 10-12 ounces)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced jalapeños, drained
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for serving (optional)
  • 1/2 cup guacamole for serving (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
