Delicious Japanese Seafood Hot Pot Recipe

This seafood hot pot combines shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets simmered in a savory dashi broth, enriched with vegetables like mushrooms and bok choy. The recipe takes about 30 minutes to prepare and serves 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups dashi broth (homemade or store-bought)
  • 7 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 7 oz scallops
  • 7 oz white fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions
