Easy Okonomiyaki Savory Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dashi stock or water
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and chopped pork belly or shrimp (optional)
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Okonomiyaki sauce for drizzling
- Japanese mayonnaise for drizzling
- Bonito flakes for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, dashi stock (or water), and eggs until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add Fillings: Fold in the shredded cabbage, green onions, and any additional ingredients like pork belly or shrimp.
