Quick and Easy Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fried Noodles

This dish features stir-fried pork and cabbage tossed with noodles and a savory sauce. The recipe takes about 30 minutes from start to finish and serves 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces yakisoba noodles or any stir-fry noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
