This high protein smoothie is a quick and tasty way to kickstart your day with protein. Blending spinach and banana gives you a nutrient boost that’s hard to beat. Plus, it’s super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
