Spicy Green Curry Deviled Eggs
This recipe features hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy mixture of egg yolks, mayonnaise, and green curry paste. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare and serves 6 people.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon green curry paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Sliced red chili for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool and Peel: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Prepare the Filling: Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, green curry paste, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish: Top with fresh cilantro and sliced red chili if desired. Serve chilled.
