Egg and Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wrap Recipe

This Egg and Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wrap is a quick and tasty way to kickstart your day. Packed with protein from eggs and turkey sausage, it keeps you full and satisfied. Plus, it’s super easy to make and perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 turkey sausage links
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and slice into rounds.
  2. In the same skillet, spray with olive oil and scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
