Easy Chilled Sesame Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti or Asian noodles
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cucumber julienned
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- Chopped scallions for garnish optional
