Chickpea and Spinach Wrap

This chickpea and spinach wrap is a quick and tasty lunch option packed with protein. It’s super easy to make and perfect for busy days. Just roll up some spinach, chickpeas, and your favorite sauce in a wrap, and you’re good to go!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hummus or your favorite dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the hummus or dressing evenly over the wrap.
  3. Add the spinach, chickpeas, and cucumber slices on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and enjoy your delicious, high-protein lunch!
