Almond Flour Banana Bread with Protein Powder

This almond flour banana bread is a tasty way to kickstart your day with a protein boost. It’s moist, flavorful, and super easy to make. Enjoy a slice for breakfast or as a snack anytime!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined. If using, fold in the nuts.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool before slicing.
