This almond-crusted tilapia is a quick and tasty dinner option packed with protein. The crunchy almond topping adds a delightful texture, making it a hit for both kids and adults. Pair it with some steamed veggies for a complete meal!
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sliced almonds, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and coat them with the almond mixture.
- Place the fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
