Almond-Crusted Tilapia

This almond-crusted tilapia is a quick and tasty dinner option packed with protein. The crunchy almond topping adds a delightful texture, making it a hit for both kids and adults. Pair it with some steamed veggies for a complete meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sliced almonds, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and coat them with the almond mixture.
  4. Place the fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
