Delicious Honey Mustard Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots or sliced regular carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Carrots: If using regular carrots, peel and slice them into even-sized pieces. If using baby carrots, rinse them under cold water.
- Cook the Carrots: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
