Healthy Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) optional
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
