Shrimp Yakisoba Noodles Recipe

Quick and Easy Shrimp Yakisoba Noodles

This dish combines tender yakisoba noodles with shrimp, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage, all stir-fried in a flavorful sauce. The recipe takes about 30 minutes from start to finish and serves 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces yakisoba noodles (or ramen noodles)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir-frying
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Prepare the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve: Plate the yakisoba noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy hot.
