- 1 cup ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (red or yellow for color)

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced avocado for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Cube the watermelon, dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion, and chop the fresh herbs.
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion. Blend until smooth.
