Description

This salad features plump cooked shrimp, creamy avocado, and a vibrant mix of salad greens, including romaine lettuce and fresh herbs.   • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Add the Shrimp and Avocado: Gently fold in the cooked shrimp and diced avocados to the salad mixture.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.
