Instructions
- Prepare the Coleslaw: In a large bowl, mix together the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Combine Chicken and BBQ Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Assemble the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Spoon the warm BBQ chicken mixture evenly over each bun and top with cheese.
