- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, whole or sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss the mushrooms in the butter mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and browned at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
